It rained steadily all day. The rain does sound nice on the roof of the RV, but it helps you rationalize staying in bed until noon. Today we worked on the blog at the Seward Public Library.
Also read our first newspaper in about a month. The Cubs in 1st place? Could this be the year that the series is played in Wrigley and Fenway? P-L-E-A-S-E give us something to offset Barely Bonds.
The harbor was blighted today by a giant cruise ship. Disgorged passengers swarmed ashore like Seward rats.
Wasn’t a great day, but still much better than doing spreadsheets or waiting at the DMV. Best sight of the day was a tree decorated with floats (see picture).
